Everyone I've spoken with had been extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Claims were paid directly to the vet so I didn't have to pay out of pocket and wait for reimbursement. Monthly premiums and deductible options are affordable

Trupanion's Instantaneous Reimbursement
MY 2 yr old Griffon went in for emergency surgery today. After the surgery our Vet submitted the $1003.87 bill and instantaneously Trupanion paid the Vet directly which was 90% of the bill. Trupanion is a fantastic company to deal with - we don't have to get involved in paying the Vet first and then get reimbursed by submitting all the insurance claim paperwork like other companies. Hands down they are the best - as a extra bonus their rates do NOT increase with the pet's age. Sincerely Dr. Charlie Alexander
