I have had an excellent experience with Trupanion. The coverage for my dogs hospitalization and follow up care allowed me to be able to get him treatment that I wouldnt have been able to afford otherwise.

I have had all positive experiences in my dealings with Trupanion. When my Great Dane, Manfred, ate so much grass it clogged his intestines and had to be surgically removed Trupanion was entirely cooperative and helpful. There was not a second guess nor inquiry as to what was eligible to be covered. Trupanion really saved the day. We wound up paying about $1100 of a vet bill in excess of $5k. Thank you for your services.

I have been very happy with Trupanion.
I have been very happy with Trupanion. Holly has been insured with them since she was 12 weeks old. She is now 10. She has had a few health issues. Reimbursement for covered services was prompt. Recently, her id tag broke. My husband called for a new one and the rep was very friendly and promised to send us a new one. She ended the conversation by telling him to give Holly a hug from her. My husband was struck by this.

Extremely fast claims service. Efficient and accurate communications greatly reduced our anxiety during a stressful emergency visit to the veterinarian and subsequent care.
