Good service overall; should cover exams
Website is easy to navigate to submit claims. Claims get reimbursed fast. I felt that I was a bit misled in signing up however. Preventive care and exams are not covered. Pre-existing conditions aren’t either, though I could have sworn the paperwork said they were when I first signed up. If they would cover exams I would rank them 10/10.

The process is quick and simple, you communicate throughout the entire process so I never have to wonder what’s happening, and the reimbursement is so easy and is super fast to get to me. Side note, your customer service is amazing - truly the best I’ve ever worked with.

Excellent coverage. But the non-inclusion of exam fees and taxes can really add up when a major issue does occur that requires lengthy treatment.
