Please EVERYONE insure your pets..we all love our furbabies so much and knowing that we will be able to do whatever is needed to keep them safe healthy and happy is our goal as parents..it brings such peace of mind to know we can see that specialist or have that surgery performed etc..it's the wave of the future and my pets will NEVER be without their insurance. ..thank you Nationwide!!! Excellent service, highly recommend
The chat function is ideal to quickly find out if there is coverage. The turnaround time on claim submittals are quick and the text feature is excellent for letting me know status of claims. The upload of the claim couldn't be simpler now that it's streamlined with just an invoice submittal on an existing condition. I appreciate the detail in the documents for what is remaining on deductible and the dates of service. Excellent customer service that doesn't require a lot of effort on my end to navigate uploads, questions and research.
