The chat function is ideal to quickly find out if there is coverage. The turnaround time on claim submittals are quick and the text feature is excellent for letting me know status of claims. The upload of the claim couldn't be simpler now that it's streamlined with just an invoice submittal on an existing condition. I appreciate the detail in the documents for what is remaining on deductible and the dates of service. Excellent customer service that doesn't require a lot of effort on my end to navigate uploads, questions and research.

Terrible first time claim experience!
My claim has been appealed because I have been charged two deductibles for a single procedure. It has now been over a week since my dog had this procedure completed and other that the appeal is under review I have heard nothing! My vet has been absolutely great in acting on my behalf but I am the client! How about letting me know what the hell is going on. First claim after more that six years of paying premiums and I am completely disgusted by this experience!!!

I have been very happy with Winston's financial management. All the staff have been very helpful and compassionate during his illness and death. Kenda has been very helpful with enrollment of our new puppy, Nelson. All is very good with Tiger our cat. As a veterinarian I have had, and still have, the opportunity to recommend pet insurance and I always recommend Trupanion. One of the most important reasons is the no limit for the individual problems.
