Easy claims process
The claims process was very easy. I just uploaded the receipts and filled out the form and it was usually approved within a day or two with an explanation of what was covered. Then the payment was deposited in my bank account sometimes the same day.

Grateful to have Trupanion!
I submitted claims with the assistance of Trupanion reps who quickly answered my questions and concerns. They were also kind and said they hope my dog will be ok as he had to have a surgery done. My claims were processed quickly and it received my reimbursements within 2-3 days from subtitling my official invoice.
