Even after her surgeries, they called to check on her and sent her a card. They have always been there for us, and have answered any questions I have had.Truly have made me feel like they really care for Maze! She is my life and they understand what she means to me. Misleading Policy Coverage!
Easy to submit a claim on line, and received a quick response. Benefits were about half of what I expected, with no explanation of what was not covered or why it wasn't covered. My experience with this company has centered around the words 'œnot covered'. I had pet insurance through VPI for many years in the past, and regret changing to this company (which my vet recommended).
