After researching Pet Insurance companies and asking around to my friends, I decided on Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for my adopted rescue dog-Harry. Six months after adoption, when Harry was just under 2 years old, I went on a cruise. While at sea (with no wifi or internet), and Harry with a pet sitter, he ingested things he should not have while she was at work. After excessive vomiting and diarrhea, she contacted my daughter who rushed him to the vet, and then on to the vet hospital. After emergency surgery, the vet bills came to over $3,900.00. I got home from the cruise to these insurmountable bills. I contacted Healthy Paws immediately, first through my app, and then via email. They asked for copies of the bills and a history of his vet visits (have this at hand) which weren't many for Harry as I only had him a month. I spoke with their rep on the phone once and he was understanding and helpful in explaining my benefits. Within 7 business days, I received a check paying 80% of the vet bills (minus my deductible and the $40 initial vet visit which is not covered in your insurance). Thanks to the vet for saving Harry's life! Thanks to Healthy Paws for making it possible for me to be able to afford to save my dog's life! Betsy F.

Nationwide has been a life saver! Literally.
I was skeptical about signing up for pet insurance. Several of my friends told me it’s not worth it and it wouldn’t pay for itself. First, let me just say, if insurance doesn’t pay for itself - consider yourself lucky! That means you didn’t need to use it. However, Nationwide has really come through for me on several occasions. The bulk of my cat’s vet visits are for a preexisting condition, so they’re not covered. But I’ve had several large vet bills that have been covered. Nationwide has seriously saved my cat’s life. I maxed out my credit cards paying for treatments. I wouldn’t have been able to continue if Nationwide hadn’t come through for me. Thank you Nationwide! You have a customer for life!

The very best out there!
I love Healthy Paws Insurance - they are hands down the best out there. Claims are very easy to file - just upload your receipt. I have never had a problem with them in 3 years. They even emailed to check on my baby's health after he had an emergency procedure. You can't go wrong with Healthy Paws - Best decision I ever made!

Your pet deserves the best! Save time and money
Don’t even hesitate! Im one of those people that does extensive research on everything. All roads led me to Akc pet insurance. First comes price point , which akc was the most affordable. Out of over 20 pet insurance companies I reviewed Akc beat them by a long shot ,we’re talking over $50 in monthly savings some cases even more. Second comes their customer service, which are very knowledgeable people who answered all of my questions and concerns. I felt they had my pets best interest at heart. I filed a claim on their website which is super easy and sure enough no excuses an email stating how much I would be reimbursed and that my check is in the mail what more do you want from a company? They do what they say period.

Highly recommend Embrace Pet Insurance!
We have had up to four dogs insured with Embrace at any given time. Embrace offers very competitive rates and we have been with them since 2014. They have always processed claims in a timely manner and we receive reimbursement via direct deposit very quickly. When I do call Embrace, their customer service agents are highly professional and very helpful at all times.

I LOVE Nationwide Pet Insurance
I have had Nationwide Pet Insurance for my 3 year old Miniature Schnauzer, Chase since I got him from the breeder. All claims are handled efficiently. I love the ease of receiving a text that the claim has been settled and money will be deposited into my bank account. I recommend Nationwide Pet Insurance to anyone I know who has pets.
