Highly Recommended!
Healthy Paws level of customer service gets an A++. My girl tore her ACL and needed $$$ surgery. Not only did they keep the lines of communication open throughout the process, they also followed up by checking on how she was feeling. They made it the entire claim submission and reimbursement easy on us, especially during these stressful COVID times. We had our reimbursement in our hands within 1 week after surgery. I highly recommend this pet insurance, it's peace of mind!

I chose this insurance based upon reviews provided by existing policy holders. Unfortunately our Havanese tore her ACL but thank god we had Healthy Paws. Their level of customers service, lines of communication throughout the process and quick reimbursement had me amazed. Our check was in our hand within 1 week of her surgery. It's peace of mind for you and your pet. I highly recommend Healthy Paws!

Extreme rate increases as
Extreme rate increases as your pet ages they will increase your rate significantly min is now has increased from $60 to $117 (monthly) in the last 2 years. Totally inappropriate rate increases and they are not upfront about this. Very shady, I will be looking for a more honest upfront company to work with.
