Excellent Customer Service and Claim Processing
Our dog has been insured with Nationwide for the past few years. We have always received quick responses and very fast claim processing, much faster than typical insurance companies. Reimbursement is exactly as described in our policy and we have never had to dispute a claim.

Too Many Things are not covered, you lose on this insurance after the deductible!
I took my dog to the emergency room! The bill came to almost $800.00. The emergency room doctor that saw my dog fee was $120.00 and the deductible was $250.00 . They told me that they don’t pay for the doctor to see the dog!!! That’s crazy!! How is the dog supposed to get treated without seeing the doctor!!! My deductible I can see and then the 90% of that I can see!! Not paying for the doctor!!!! And then every time you go to the emergency room with a different sickness, it’s $250.00 every-time deductible!! I would not recommend this company!!! I won’t benefit you! You will rind up paying most of the bill!!!!
