MetLife has been really beneficial for my two dogs. We have coverage that extends to their yearly check ups and it’s given me a peace of my mind for their needs. Submitting reimbursement is really easy as well and I find the coverage to operate similarly to most human medical insurances.

Pets Best used to be awesome. My 18 year old cat has so many issues but my claims were paid in a timely manner giving me peace of mind. However, for the last month or so, the online portal and mobile app do not work. You cannot submit any claims thru either of these two sites. Pets Best keeps saying they are "working on it" but this is really going on too long. Also, my premium went up $500 for next year. I get that my cats are getting older and vet bills are higher, so of course I will pay it but I wish I could submit my claims online. They have us emailing claims and then you never find out if they received the claims because they do not send any verification emails anymore. I'm sad that this has happened and I hope they fix it soon.
