Pandemic consideration.....
I appreciate the call back , and the discussion, but we are in a very unusual situation in the world. My friend is with another insurance carrier, and they have lowered their monthly installments for a period of 4 months, in recognition that many people are not working and finances are short. I have never , never, never received any monies from Trupanion. I file claims, but my deductible has yet to be met. I pay monthly, I love my dog dearly, and maybe I need to explore other insurance carriers. I remain faithful to Trupanion, but very disappointed.
