Great plan
I have had their plan for 10 years for our Yellow Lab. It has helped us many times. It is easy to file a claim. I really don’t know how we could have the quality of care if we didn’t have it.

We have made multiple requests to speak to a manager to get 3 issues resolved and NO one has called. From billing date issues, to refusal to pay for surgical procedures covered by the policy to no communication. We where warned and now I am writing reviews letting everyone know You don’t Want to use this company! Go with Figo or another company who cares.

Trupanion comes through again
I really appreciate that Trupanion comes through with my claim quickly for prescriptions for my cat Josie. The process was simple and payment was sent without debate. I really appreciate this since it's tough enough to medicate my cat!

Trupanion is reliable, courteous and extremely easy to deal with:-).
The shelter that I adopted Laika from provided the first month of insurance for free. So very glad I chose to remain with Trupanion. I chose a high deductible thus keeping the premium low since I was just keeping it for a catastrophic illness or injury. An auto immune issue later they have been wonderful to deal with. Very fast courteous service. They're a 10 plus in my book!!

Great Policy!!! Fast and Easy Claim Payments!!!
I am very impressed with this insurance. I have two Alaskan Klee Kai's and both are covered. I have the full coverage so after $100 spent at the vet I am covered 90%. It is easy to spend more than $100 in one visit, so getting all the wellness shots and flea and heart worm treatments not to mention getting them spayed is not a burden. I don't hesitate any treatment because it costs me 10cents on the dollar. The claim process is very easy and quick. I usually have the funds in my account with 10 days of mailing in my claim. With this insurance I don't have to worry about making any decisions on treatment based on my ability to pay!!!

Highly Recommend
We got Healthy Paws for our Husky and Alaskan Malamute mix, Blue, when he was six years old and we could not be happier. Blue has had a few health problems including seizures and now, at age 12, cancer. Healthy Paws has covered all the medical expenses after our deductible. There has been no delay with payment and they even sent an email to check to see how Blue was doing after a surgery. I highly recommend Healthy Paws and will be a customer for life with all my pets.
