Well, it took me thinking I wanted to drop the coverage before I learned from one of your representatives that it's per diagnosis cumulative over my puppy's lifetime that changed everything for me. Even with a $1,000 deductible, the way this little dude gets the same things over and over, it will probably pay off eventually. Thanks to your nice representative for helping explain things to me and getting me started on filing claims.... And a shout out to my vet for sending all past bills to you guys so we could start the process of getting the deductibles out of the way. Trupanion's response back was quick and fairly easy to follow regarding what was counted, what wasn't and what deductible has been met.
