Healthy Paws is a Life Saver!!
I don’t know what I would have done without Healthy Paws pet insurance. The unthinkable happened, my dog tore his ACL in his knee. This is something I never thought I would ever be faced with, with any of my dogs. I knew my dog would have to have surgery, and I knew the cost would be outrageously expensive. I chose Healthy Paws because of the incredible coverage that it offers, and the fact that it covers 90% of your bill. I was crossing my fingers that they would live up to what they promised. I paid out of pocket for the surgery and immediately emailed Healthy Paws the invoice. I think it was less than a week that Healthy Paws had been re-embursed me for 90% of the surgery and physical therapy costs!!! I was so relieved. I could then focus solely on getting my dog healthy again! I had no worries about how I was going to pay for the cost of the surgery or his physical therapy sessions. So my dog has all my attention for the love and care he needs right now, and I am totally stress free! What I ended up paying for his surgery and all his upcoming physical therapy was less than monthly car payment! I am so very thankful for Healthy Paws pet insurance! They are a God-send! Especially in this time of financial uncertainty, I would have been in serious financial trouble if I had not had Health Paws pet insurance. My fur baby is on the mend, and I am so grateful for the insurance coverage that I have. Healthy Paws is worth more than its weight in gold!! They are worth every penny, and they are the best pet insurance out there! Thank you Healthy Paws pet insurance, I don’t know what Inwould have done without your coverage!!

I have written before when our other dog, Heather died and you sent a card and reimbursed for four days left on our policy, which would never have occurred to me. Nationwide is the BEST. ASPCA Pet Health Insurance was the best decision my husband and I made when we brought home our new puppy a year and a half ago. No one ever thinks you'll need it with such a young dog but we did and ASPCA was quick to reimburse us. They were easy to contact and very helpful.

Simple and efficient process at a stressful time
I didn't expect the process of submitting a claim to be so simple. I used my phone and took pictures from the paperwork or online. This was particularly important at such a stressful time as Sam was very sick. The submissions took literally a couple of minutes, they were processed promptly and I received the money back with no further questions asked. I have had the insurance policy for years and was lucky enough not to have to use it before now, I'm thankful I chose Nationwide all those years ago.
