I was not a believer of pup insurance until you, thank you for taking the best care of my pup!!!
I have had tried other insurances for my other dogs before and quit, the they a only took my money, made my vets write them many many notes each time I submitted an insurance claim, and in and 2 years i had them I NEVER 1 received anything back!!!! The other companies were aweful and just robbed me of my money, so I did not believe there was a good dog insurance company out there. One of my puppy people ( I breed bullmastiffs) told me about you and how well you took care of her dogs. I thought I would give it a try. YOU guys have made a believer out of me, you make the process very easy and when i call, all the people on the phone seem to care about my pup and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I wish I had all my dogs under you but they are 4.5, 8.5, and 10.5 so I doubt it would be worth it for them. I wish I knew about you for all my pups. Thank you for all you have done for Bobbi!!!

Nationwide claims are so easy to submit - it takes less than a minute and are always turned around promptly. Submitting the claim is very straightforward, and the detailed explanation of benefits is appreciated. It is comforting to know that when my dog isn't feeling well, Nationwide has our back!

Easy to submit claim & receive payment initially-now additional claims are not being reviewed and no customer service response
Claims are very easy to submit. The first few claims I received a phone call and follow up email within the 72 hours I was told at claim submission. Payment was made within a week. I was extremely impressed! Now no follow up phone calls or emails on current claims I submitted last week. Claim portal online does not even show the the claims I submitted and I have a copy of the acknowledgement that my claim was received that I printed out at the time of submission. It's been more than a week since I submitted additional claims and now nothing. Even if I saw them listed in the portal as pending or in process, I could understand that but there is nothing and the last email I sent last week has not been responded to. Just sent another email this morning....Hoping this is a covid-19 delay but a follow up email would be appreciated and makes a new customer skeptical when they were very fast 2 weeks ago with my very first 2 claims and now have seemingly disappeared except to send me this email to write a review.

Absolutely wonderful experience
I make my claim through the Vitusvet app. The claim takes all of a minute and their claim processing time is lightning fast. They have covered everything as stated in the contract with no dispute. Though that's as it should be it's just a nice peace of mind.

Very helpful
My only issue was that you don’t pay for surgeries. And due to my complicated old age I didn’t find that out till we had to pay $7,000.00 for a surgery, that was not covered. Difficult for us seniors

Quick Turnaround Time for Claims
My dog needed a lot of vet and preventative care recently. I have really appreciated that when I am able to finally take the time to submit my claims the turnaround time is so quick for reimbursement. I have really appreciated having pet insurance to rely on for my sweet but high-maintenance pet. Thanks!

Claims are processed very quickly! The EOB is always clear in what is/isn't covered and why. Haven't had a single complaint.
I held off for years in buying pet insurance. It became an option to have it auto-deducted from my paycheck. Easy to do, and protects my dogs - no brainer! Each claim is processed efficiently. So glad I finally did this! The website is super easy to use as well. I can upload an invoice emailed to me by my vet - paperless and seamless!
