Slow start, but good phone reps
Had trouble getting signed up online, so had to call in. The customer service rep on the phone was great though. Price was a lot more than I expected.

Please don’t mislead me.
I attended a seminar on Trupanion, and was given an approximate quote for my dog, that was half of what I actually ended up paying. I felt misled, and Almost decided to refuse the insurance, as I intended to insure both my dogs based on the original quote by the rep. ( which was about $50 per dog).

Lots of security and love
Love my dog and want her to have good health care. She is 13 now and in good health. We have had this insurance since she was a puppy. It provides peace of mind. Great value
