Your customer service agents have always been helpful, but I do not like your policy about canceling the preventive plan without having to cancel the whole insurance. I was initially told I could do this anytime during the year, but later told I had to wait til October when the whole policy was up. I am on a limited budget and cannot work since the outbreak.
