Very Easy Claim Process
I have been pleased with Healthy Paws. The enrollment process was very easy. Our cat had respiratory issues that required several vet visits, x-rays, blood tests & pharmaceuticals. The claims process was simple using the app. Healthy Paws needed all of her medical records to process the claims so getting that info sent over from both vets offices delayed the initial payment. Once they received the records, the claims were processed right away & money deposited to my designated account. The follow up visit claims were processed right away as they only needed the new notes. I wish I had gotten this insurance on my dog when he was a puppy. I have learned my lesson. I will add new pets to this policy as they come home.

We just enrolled a new puppy and it cost us $187 a month for him when we first started with Trupanion I feel your rates were very fair but now they are extremely high.

What cost us for 1 dog now used to be what we paid for 2 of them and we have 4 dogs covered by you guys and now will be paying over 500 a month. I used to recommend all my friends and family but now I'm not so sure that most people can afford such a high rate. You guys have been wonderful and easy when it comes to claims but your prices have gone up way to much for me to recommend you.
