So far so good. The only thing is that I don't remember being told that a promotional 30-day period would apply to my coverage and the payout during that period was lower than for my regular coverage. I was surprised when a claim was paid a lower % but I reached out via chat and Alan was able to answer by questions fully.

Thank god for Trupanion Insurance
Me and my late wife have 13 or 14 dogs and I’m not sure I think we had insurance on at least half of them. But my last 2 dogs thank god I had insurance (Buck) he passed away in July the year before had to get 2 screws & metal plate to build his knee up. Now Charlie he has a limping problem with his leg and again thank god I have you guys. Thanks for all what you guys do!!!! Mike Crane
