100% Worth it - Highly Recommend
We adopted a French Bulldog Puppy in Feb. 2018 and signed up for this policy on day 1 of our adoption. Owning a French Bulldog comes with it's challenges from a health perspective and we knew we wanted the security of knowing that we were engaged with an insurance provider willing to do what is right to support the health and well-being of our furry child. This policy and ease of use has been exceptional. We have had multiple matters arise with our Frenchie from dietary matters, GI issues, eye problems and the like that arose - candidly say that this insurance program supported us each step of the way and we had the security of them backing us up. Would highly recommend this policy to other pet owners as it helps us sleep at night knowing if anything does happen, our little guy will be well cared for.

They were there for us in the middle of a pandemic!
I have had my cats insured by Healthy Paws for a number of years. An occasional submission here and there. Till March of this year. One of our two cats, Naaz, had what seemed to be a small issue with a blood level. It quickly became more than we thought. She needed surgery. We worried that, being we are in the middle of the Corona Virus lock down (March - April 2020), submissions, reviews or payments would be delayed. I needn't worry. Healthy Paws was there for us. They never once questioned what the Veterinarians did to help Naaz - from the first biopsy through the surgery. Nothing hidden, no fine print I missed - now that thousands were being spent by them. And they paid me back quickly - typically within a week. In the middle of a pandemic! All I can say is thank you for doing your part when you were called upon. Best pet insurance company on the market!
I've been a dog owner for 50 years and believe that, like people, our pets encounter health issues that need attending and at times the costs prohibit people from caring for their animals. Having used pet insurance for my animals, Healthy Paws is by far the best company! Unlike past experiences with other companies for major surgeries, Healthy Paws does not "find a way" to not cover expenses. The policy is very straightforward with no hidden verbiage. We are extremely pleased not only with their expediency but how many insurance companies actually email you two weeks post-op to ask how your pet is doing?! This company is simply awesome!

A new home for Zorro
When I rescued Zorro, he had multiple health issues. Dr Jinks discovered he had bile in his gall bladder. With medicine he has to take every day & cat food that he can eat without nausea & diarrhea. He has grown from 4.27 kg to 6.60 kg grown cat. He plays hard and has brought much joy to myself & sons. Without your continuous support I would have had many financial difficulties to keep this fantastic guy alive. You and your staff have been wonderful and make claims easy to submit. I have told many pet owners that you are a great option for new members to their family. You are fantastic and Zorro thanks you. He was in cat rescue for 2 1/2 years. He turned 4 this month. Thank you. Please share with your staff as they are all great??????
