Fantastic - Love Healthy Paws!
My dog has been sick and hurt a lot! She tore her ACL at 18 months then her meniscus a year later. She ate things she shouldn't have and needed xrays and treatment. She had a broken tail and hot spots. She is really the bad-news bear. Healthy Paws covered everything, including surgery with a top-flight Midtown Manhattan doctor, never quibbling or giving me any problem, and they always paid the provider directly or paid before my credit card bill was due, which was very nice. When I was out of state with my dog, that didn't create any problem at all, even when my dog was sick one week in NY and the next week had something completely different in Pennsylvania. This money is the best I ever spent. The app works perfectly. I wholeheartedly endorse this pet insurance.

Fast, Fair, and Friendly Service!
I chose Healthy Paws to insure my dog after my daughter did extensive research into insurance companies. When my four-year-old dachshund recently required emergency back surgery, I was so grateful for the wonderful and prompt service I received. More Than Money, They Gave Us Time
Recently my husband and I went through every pet parents worst nightmare, a cancer diagnosis that came out of nowhere. We were faced with the choice to put our 6 year old dog down (the love of our life!) or go through Chemotherapy treatments over the next 6 months to extend her life and keep her comfortable with hopes of her going into remission. Without Healthy Paws, we wouldn't have had a choice because we simply couldn't afford the weekly treatments without their help. What Healthy Paws does for their clients goes far beyond a payment plan. We are so grateful to them for giving us the ability to treat Rosie's cancer, and more importantly giving us more time with her. They are quick to respond to claims, usually within 5 days the money is back in my account. Not only that, they actually sent me a message asking how my dog was doing after they noticed her cancer diagnosis on the claims I had submitted, this company really goes above and beyond and I am so thankful I chose them over many of the other companies.

I LOVE ALL OF THESE HEALTHY PAW PEOPLE SO MUCH!!!
This insurance is so insanely amazing. We have three dogs, all of which who have used Healthy Paws Insurance with both chronic issues and emergencies. I have NEVER had an issue with ANYTHING. My reimbursements come back directly into my bank account. I have called with questions, and have always felt as though I was more than appreciated, and couldn't have asked to speak with nicer/more informed people. I recently used Direct Pay in an emergency with one of our Border Collies. Healthy Paws paid the entire bill upfront for Luna's surgery after my husband and I had spent all the money we had for bills for the month on pre-surgical imaging and testing the day before. I don't know what we would do without this insurance. I feel I can totally be confident in the fact my dogs will always be covered in an emergency, even if I do not have the money right then at that moment. It is also affordable to me, because of Healthy Paws, to be able to get that test the vet always offers 'just to be sure', when something is wrong. I don't need to think about how I may need to pay for the electric that month versus get that ultrasound for one of our dogs... To say Healthy Paws is perfect wouldn't even be enough!!!
