This is fantastic pet insurance. I have an American Bully and a cat that are both insured by Fetch. I like the comprehensive coverage, the wellness coverage, and the flexibility of deductibles etc. The people are great and very helpful!

Quick payments are appreciated
Quick payments are appreciated! Vets usually want their money up front, and for hospitalizations, that can be thousands. Trupanion reviews and pays its share quickly. It is the only insurance that Blue Pearl works with to pay the clinic/hospital directly.

Purchased plan 3 weeks prior to pet…
Purchased plan 3 weeks prior to pet required vet visit due to respiratory infection and arthritis inflammation treatment. Representative advised me vet visits would be covered. Vet examination, xray, and 3 medications. Cost was 544.49. And Nationwide covered 0 cost, nothing. Greatly disappointed buyers beware!

Quick reimbursement
The turnaround for submitting our second claim was fantastic. However the drop down list of diagnosis needs to be expanded. I had to call customer service to determine how to categorize marijuana toxicity. The emergency room vet said the get one case a week.
