First time user
It took a while to find out that they were waiting for more vet records before processing my claim. I had to call them to find out what the delay was. Also the sign-in screen kept rejecting my username and password. It did this on two different occasions. I had to call both times for a temporary code. They cannot fix this problem other than sending a temporary code. To fix it permanently (hopefully) they have to submit a work ticket to their IT department. All the people in the call center are fantastic and once Trupanion had the required information from my vet, the claim was settled and reimbursement in my account in three days. This company is a Godsend!

Quick but costs rising
Claims are quickly dealt with, but the cost has risen. Would be helpful if the 'nurse service' were covered for monthly allergy injection. Not sure if the charge for 'corporate activity tax' is generated by Cascade Summit Animal Hospital or Trupanion?

They have been good to me.
They have been good to me. I was with them until 2018, but due to financial issues (going to school), I couldn't afford it anymore. I can manage now. If not, I am sure they will help me through it again.
