The claims experience was totally painless. I must admit that Trupanion is one of the most efficient companies that we have ever dealt with. The people at Trupanion are simply the most knowledgeable and compassionate ever. They truly understand the emotions of pet owners when their pets are ill. My only complaint is that our premiums took a drastic hike this year. Being retired and on a fixed income, especially in the year of Covid, this was something we were not expecting.
