I used to be 100% willing to tell everyone about Trupanion.

I used to be 100% willing to tell everyone about Trupanion...but now not so much...if I were to start over with a new puppy, I would really search for a better plan...your costs going up each year is not fair for us that have had our animals with you from the beginning of their lives...so I feel you have not been loyal to us...so my loyalty to you is greatly diminished.
