From submitting the vet hospital bill to receiving the reimbursement check was fast and smooth sailing. You have professional and thoughtful employees which makes the process feel painless and very smooth.

Expected More
As I understood it the insurance would pay a portion of the vet bill and then I would pay the rest. After 2 years of paying an expensive monthly payment I still am not covered for anything. Just one thing and that has to go thru a high deductable. And if I change to a lower my monthly payment goes up. I am not saving money at all. I thought more was covered and then I would be able to meet my deductable sooner and not keep paying out of pocket. Its all expensive.
