I strongly recommend healthy paws to anyone and everyone who owns an animal. My dog had an accident around the holidays and had to go into emergency surgery. With the help of our insurance we were able to get the best care for our dog. They assured me throughout the process to not worry and didn’t make me feel like I was just another number. They took care of everything and gave us the piece of mind we needed. It happened the week of Christmas and they couldn’t have made it any easier and hassle free for my family and I. Excellent Service and Coverage
Absolutely the best customer service. Always very helpful and makes issues you may think you have seem small with the knowledge and prompt service. I have 2 Akc Australian Cattledogs and I’m able to afford all care with these polices. Claims are easy to file and payments come fast. You all are awesome !!!

I just had my first claim and it was very smooth.
I just had my first claim and it was very smooth. I like the 24 hour customer service. I would have given it a 10/10, but the way the policy is you can’t change your deductible after you choose a plan. You can only increase it. One of my dogs has never had a claim and I’m stuck with a high deductible. Also, based where I live the premiums go up. My one plan jumped up over $15 a month and again no claims.
