I have had Trupanion insurance for my dog for many years. I get an email from Trupanion every time I submit a claim letting me know they got the claim and if they need anything they will let me know. They are very friendly and will provide any assistance tou may need. Reimbursement for expenses are normally direct deposited into my account in 5 to 7 days. Claim form short and to the point. Highly recommend Trupanion for your pets.

Always very prompt in responding to a claim, detailed information about the claim. Work directly with the veterinary clinic we take our dogs to.. When made a claim when in the US were very prompt with payment to us as clinic there did not deal with Trupanion directly.. Excellent job

Trupanion Saves Willow
Without Trupanion's help, my cat Willow would have not lived past the age of 6 years old, due to she required a kidney transplant and Trupanion stepped up right away and saved my Willow.
