I chose this score because there was was a little back and forth with the conversation. I really getting a clear answer to my question. I later learned from her that an invoice needs to be submitted before a definite answer can be given about a claim.

Satisfactory experience.
Initial claim handled in reasonable time. Follow up claims took a bit of time when all information had already been received by Trupanion. Even at that, experience was satisfactory. Still trying to evaluate the cost versus benefit of my program.
