I have hEd past experience where a health issueforaourdog hashadfollowuvisits tosolve. It You too quick to close a file and claim that A subsequent claim from thE same health issue is separate matter and therefore each claim is Over the deductible I worry that this Claim could be a repeat of that shoddy practice

Always very prompt in responding to a claim, detailed information about the claim. Work directly with the veterinary clinic we take our dogs to.. When made a claim when in the US were very prompt with payment to us as clinic there did not deal with Trupanion directly.. Excellent job
