The insurance price keeps going up every year and now there is no cap on how much it goes up.
The insurance price keeps going up every year and now there is no cap on how much it goes up. We had an increase of 26% this year for a dog insured as an 8-12 month old puppy. Not happy with these increases and I would definitely not recommend your company to anyone because of this, eventhough we have not had any issues with the coverage or claims.

Trupanion has been an absolute saviour over the years.
Trupanion has been an absolute saviour over the years. They're easy to contact, fast and convenient with claims and have always been transparent with what they cover. We have been with Trupanion for four years (and a number of surgeries) and have never had a proper complaint. The only downside to our insurance is the large jumps in monthly payments every year that they associate with increased billing across the province.

Trupanion is the BEST!!! I have been an AHT (Animal Health Technologist) for the past 20years and after seeing so many emergency’s come through the door I know first hand what these cost could be and what I know is I could always save up enough money for the annual exam/+or- vaccines. The thing I will never be ready for is the cost behind a medical or accidental injury and this is where I have a piece of mind having Trupanion insurance over the years. My 3 legged dog Bacon Hans been with Trupanion for years which gives me reassurance that if anything happened I wouldn’t be faced with what I should do based on financial concerns. This company has no payout limit ?????? which is amazing !! I also loved that the company originally started up in B.C. Canada ???? Anytime I call the customer service they are amazingly helpful, friendly and will always gets my 5 star plus review ?? ???????????? Thanks for being rockin awesome Trupanion crew !!!
