Reasonable cost for insurance and very fair claim reimbursement
My dog , Bean, had an infected gum and vet also concerned about her overall physical status . Vet care , lab work and medication were reimbursed at a very reasonable and fair payment for my claim . I have a senior dog and I have the option of different plans

Assistance with helping pay Harley's bill
Nationwide customer service was very helpful in letting me know that I was covered for Harley's accident. They helped me figure out how to create an online account as well as print out a pre-filled claim form to hand to my doctor. The vet staff filled out the form and mailed it it to Nationwide. I feel like I heard back within a few days that the claim forms were received, and it was another few days when I heard checks were in the mail... No joke, they were in my mail soooo fast. I was sooo impressed! I've heard some insurance companies won't pay for certain things, so I wasn't planning on that much, but Nationwide helped pay half my bill +. It's such a relief knowing you guys helped me out so much especially with Covid right now. Times are tough financially. I also appreciate you checking you with an email to see how Harley is doing. Thank you so much!
