Two people never called back.

Two people never called back. Left me hanging. Horrible customer service. Trupanion denies claimA based on incorrect information even though a veterinarian has provided the correct information. Changes the wording in policy after the fact, after seeing notes, so they deny future claims. AVOID!

Peace of mind during difficult situation

It is so easy and such a huge relief to know you guys have us covered! I tell everyone i know that if they don't already have Trupanion that they should get it ASAP!! The worst thing i could think of is having to make a medical decision for one of our fur family based on our financial needs at the time! Knowing I will never have to make that decision is priceless!
