Pet insurance seems like a luxury until your pet has an emergency. Two weeks before Christmas an unleashed dog attacked my dog while she was being taken for a walk. The emergency vet bill came to nearly $1,000; I was relieved that I didn't need to worry about the cost and could concentrate on my dog's recovery. The claims process is very easy; you can submit your claim on the website or through their app. I did not have to wait long before the reimbursement was deposited directly into my account. I even received a follow-up email asking how our dog was doing. Great customer service, smooth claims process, and timely reimbursements made me a satisfied customer.

Healthy Paws Pet insurance has provided me with superb service. Less than a week of owning my puppy, he ended up hospitalized. it was an unfortunate incident. I did expect to encounter medical bills so soon. Needless to say, I was thankful that I purchased pet insurance immediately upon acquiring my pup. Filing a claim with Healthy Paws was fast and easy. I was able to upload my vet bills via the app. The whole process of settling the claim took only 5 days. It was hassle-free.
