Great Service
Our 5 year old Aussie became very ill and had to be hospitalized. Although we could not save her, having Met Life Pet Insurance afforded us the opportunity to seek medical attention at the Veterinary Specialty Services in St. Louis MO. Claims, including cremation, were handled promptly even receiving a credit on the yearly premium. We are heartbroken but could not have asked for better service from Met Life Pet Insurance. If we decide to get another pet, Met Life Pet Insurance will be our first contact.

Satisfaction with the responsiveness of Pets Best for our Lilly's medical journey.
Our senior lab/shar pei mix was diagnosed with parathyroid cancer through multiple visits with our vet, local labs and finally a local surgical center. Surgery was performed and was successful. Calcium regulation, treatment and monitoring became a key result to ongoing follow up. Pets Best has been responsive, timely and thorough in response to the unanticipated costs of this journey. You may think that pet insurance is costly- and it can be, but if ever needed may (such as in our case) quickly pay for itself several times over
Saved my puppies leg health
"I got a Pets best policy shortly after getting a puppy (our first). I shopped extensively hoping to get a high quality policy that would never put me in a position to choose between money and my pets wellbeing. This came sooner than we thought. Around her first birthday she started limping. Months later we were facing a damaged growth plate and incorrectly grown foot. We have access to great care here and that comes at a cost. I consistently thought pets best would say "too much or this is not needed" but every claim I needed for getting her issue fixed with the best level of care pets best came through. As a result she should be 100% healthy once she is done healing.
Aging pets have special needs
As our Marley ages (now 13) she's had recent TPLO surgery and a more recent struggle with her vision and walking and a malfunctioning tracheal "flap". Because of a recent DX of PVCs, she's no longer a good candidate for anesthesia so we are left with treating her how and as we can. Eye ointment, pain meds, cough medicine for when the trachea issue causes problems, etc. PetsBest makes submitting her claims easy and their EOB is always thorough and to me, easily understood. Payment is almost always within 7-10 days. They make altering your premiums based on your deductible and other needs so easy!
Cats say we love it!
The cat tree arrived in timely fashion, securely packed in heavy cardboard. The cats enjoy it!
