Saved me thousands of dollars and my fur baby's life
At the time he was diagnosed with a level 3 (aggressive) Mast Cell Tumor, my sweet fur boy was only six years old. He went through two surgeries and four chemo treatments. Healthy Paws covered 90% of his care, saving me thousands of dollars. I was able to provided the absolute best care for my boy without having to worry about the cost, which was truly a blessing. We are now a year and a half out from his initial diagnosis and Buddy appears to be cancer-free! I highly recommend Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. They make it easy to submit claims, reimburse cost quickly, and will NEVER drop your pet from insurance regardless of their diagnosis. My boy is alive today because of them. They truly are the BEST.

Avoid this insurer
New rescue got the one month free- started paying for the plan - The dog had a flea on initial exam and was scratching - so ALL allergies are now considered pre existing condition and not covered . Veterinarian wanted to check thyroid - ordered thyroid tests - denied - related to pre-existing allergy condition. I called them and argues the case as I'm in the medical field. I even asked for the reviewer to explain how the thyroid condition is related to his initial allergy symptoms (with exception of Hashimotos) they couldn't and offered to revise the "judgment" . I said this is just going to happened to me (and others) over and over. someone untrained judging my claim with NO education in the at area and makes a clinical judgement . declining it - I researched other plan and found one with an annual debatable and I have NEVER had an issue with any claims - 3 day turn around direct deposit!!
