Stellar service
I have been so pleased with the prompt, professional service I have received from Trupanion right from the onset. In my most recent experience, I phoned them from an animal hospital on a Saturday at 1:00 am and I was able to speak to a representative and get the info I needed. My claim was submitted and taken care of in a swift manner. Every time I have needed them, the service has always been stellar.

Trupanion Review
I wish I had shopped around more before selecting Trupanion. There are companies with an annual deductible for all health issues not on a per issue basis. I will be sure to select HealthyPaws for my next pet. Since I enrolled in Trupanion in 2016, the policy continues to be changed with more and more restrictions added while your premium is increased annually. I liked Trupanion at one point. I would urge others to ship around before choosing Trupanion. They are not the same company they once were.

Wonderful service
Trupanion has always been great in reimbursing my claims. The more complicated claims can take sometimes weeks to a couple months to process, but whenever I call for an update I am always met with great customer service. When I euthanized my pet I was distraught and did not update them as to my pets status for a couple months after his passing. When I did update them, they readily refunded the couple months of his insurance without me even asking. They have been wonderful and seem to truly care about the well-being of your pet.

You are probably the most efficient insurance company I have ever dealt with. Immediately I get an email that my claim is being processed and then shortly thereafter a check. I do recommend you all the time, I also want to thank you for helping me to take such good care of my dog during these rough times.

Pet Insurance WELL WORTH THE $
As always, I am shocked at how quickly you process the claim and the money shows up in my bank account. This is our 4th dog and I wish I had insurance on all of them, well worth the $. Our doggie has contracted which looks like a lifetime disease of Valley fever and the medicine costs a lot but with insurance we pay 10% after the quick reimbursement. I tell everyone about your company!
