ASPCA Health Insurance has always answered my questions and reviewed my claims in a timely manner. When my cat Quincy passed away last year they were quite caring. I appreciated that. I highly recommend this insurance company.

Fantastic insurance coverage - can't believe I am actually giving an insurance company 10 out of 10.
I have worked with a couple other pet insurance companies and not one of them has been as easy to work with. Nationwide is responsive, easy to place a claim with and amazingly fast on approvals and payouts. I'm impressed and would recommend them to anyone with pets as I found out, you just never know when a large expense can happen and having this insurance makes sure I can make the best decisions for my pets without having to worry about the cost as another deciding factor for best treatments.

Horrible company
Worst pet insurance company ever. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if you care at all about your pet, because they don't. They reject claims consistently and provide horrible service overall. If I could give a 0 in the ratings, I would.

The entire process of Rudys Surgery to processing the claim was so easy.
Everyone that I spoke with regardining Rudy's claim was professional. It was a seamless process. I love Nationwide. I will never not have insurance on my dogs.

I am so thankful that I purchased this insurance with ASPCA! It really helped with some of the initial vaccination costs, etc., but was a lifesaver when my tiny toy poodle ended up overnight in the emergency animal hospital. I have always had a very easy time submitting my claims through the app, and it was very too easy to submit the large claim I had with the ER. They pay the claims very quickly, directly into your account, and I have always been able to find help online or over the phone! I will definitely be renewing my policy and purchasing the same for any other pets in the future! So Glad We Took The Chance...
After watching a friend of ours have to fork over more than $3k in medical bills after their dog swallowed some rocks in a garden, pet insurance became something I wanted to at least look at taking on a new pup (toddler) of our own. Pets Best came in with the lowest rates and honestly were the only company to cover well-visits too. This shows that they care about the wellbeing of their insured and not just when they are sick. Thanks Pets Best for a great first experience!

Best pet insurance service
Best pet insurance service! Pets Best was so helpful throughout our entire process. My dog was attacked by another dog and had to have emergency surgery, with lots of complications and follow-up visits. Pets Best was so easy to use to file our multiple claims, and the Whisker Doc service was great in helping us as well. We received our reimbursement within 3 weeks of the incident, and the payment in our account was immediate. We will continue to use Pets Best for all of our pets.

Nationwide Pet Insurance is there for you 100%
Nationwide has always been extremely responsive with all my pets. They care about my precious Shelties, and always check in with us. I would recommend them in a heart beat, and I was blessed that we had our last Sheltie girl, Akira, lived to 15 1/2 years old, and was so happy that we had her care under Nationwide!
