Great pet insurance
I've been using this insurance for about 20 years. I have never had an issue and it's very helpful to cover costs. Especially when they get sick and need a lot of visits or specialty care.

Excellent
Excellent. Pets Best fulfills all obligations according to the contract. If refund is delayed, Pets Best send a notification with explanation. I'll recommended this company to insure your pets.

Excellent coverage with rapid turnaround time
My claim was addressed in under 2 weeks. I almost recouped 100% of the cost of my dog’s surgery. I am so grateful I have Nationwide coverage.

Nationwide has Augie's side!
Nationwide Pet Insurance is absolutely the best! I have my 3 dogs insured and are really pleased with the ease of submitting a claim, the pricing of the plan, and the extensive coverage. I have recommended it to many friends and most of them have signed up.

Nationwide is on my side!
Thank you guys for making it easy to file! Haze is our only kid And we couldn’t take such good care of her without you. Pitts have bad skin allergies and she loves the grass. When I seen her welts all over her under body It was scary. I called the vet line for the 1st time and they calmed me down. . After a week she’s doing so much better💋🐾 Thanks so much for caring! Tiff, Mark & Haze Raulston

Awesome
So happy I kept this pet insurance for Ragaee, my pet toy poddle….he became suddenly ill, losing protein...stayed in hospital for a couple of days, on IV, steroids then he bounced back...now he's return to his high-spirited loving self...my home was not the same without him but the vet professionals and support group restored him....very thankful and especially thankful the NW Ins, and just think, I almost terminated it last year and I'm so happy I didn't b/c the reimbursement soften the blow on his care costs....thank you Nationwide!

Good coverage
I really appreciate the continued coverage of Galaprant. I was disappointed that when I signed up I missed the part about a rider for PT for the same lameness that the drug is for. I encourage anyone who has a pet to look at Trupanion, great service but please ask for information on "riders" before you sign up.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT PURCHASE THIS INSURANCE!
BEWARE the BILATERAL EXCLUSION!!!! We purchased this policy in June and three months later our 3-year-old border collie developed problems with her left CCL, was in pain and was in need of surgery. We called Pets Best and the agent explained to us that we had not met the 6-month waiting period so that surgery would not be covered. This was not a problem as I was aware of the 6-month waiting period. However, we were not aware that this would exclude coverage on the other CCL down the road!!! It would have been nice for the agent at that time to remind us of this exclusion, but no, that was not the case. I did read the policy but not word-for-word (I mean, who has the time?) and I apparently either missed or did not fully understand the implications of this "bilateral exclusion" clause. These companies bank of the fact that people are busy, there is a high probability they will not read the policy in its entirety and they will either miss or miss understand the implications of these ridiculous exemption clauses. There is no peace of mind with this pet policy. We've paid almost $8,000 in surgeries for our dog this year and Pets Best covered $0, nothing, nada, not a pill, zippo. The annual premium was $735 for 2 young dogs and I wish I would have put that money into an account instead of wasting it on this policy. Learn from my pain and save your time and money. F- Rating!
