I have a different pet insurance for my other dog and while they've been great I have to wait about 3-4 weeks to get reimbursed.
I have a different pet insurance for my other dog, and while they've been great, I have to wait about 3-4 weeks to get reimbursed. During these tough times, it helps to not have to drain my back account and just hope that I get a check soon. Also, the customer service and prompt communication was excellent!

I just got off the phone with a lovely Trupanion representative. They made sure that I was informed on everything that I needed to do to make sure I had my vet bills submitted. We have been signed up with Trupanion from the start with our 4 year old Nana who is a cross between a Bernese Mountain dog and a Pyrenees. We have recommended Trupanion to all of our friends that decide to get a fur baby.

I had a disappointing result that Bianca's ACL tear was not covered because it was deemed an illness not an injury.
I had a disappointing result that Bianca's ACL tear was not covered because it was deemed an illness not an injury. Therefore, it fell under the 30-day illness exclusion, not the 10-day injury exclusion. Very disappointing after high recommendations by vet.
