I love the pet insurance we have for our maltipo. I have so much piece of mind that when she isn't feeling good I can take her to see her vet without worrying that I can't afford to do so. I have really appreciated the communication about claims, the rapid processing and payment, and clear kindness of staff at Trupanion. Both of my current fur babies have had Trupanion since they were little and both have needed something. Trupanion has been everything I could wish for in an insurance company. Having Trupanion's help has made it possible for me to get the best of care for my sweet cairn terrier, Phoebe. Thanks to her amazing vets and excellent support from Trupanion, she has survived her cancer for 2 and 1/2 years, has great quality of life, and brings me great joy. Submitting claims is easy, and in my case, done by both my primary care and oncology vets. Customer service is easily accessible, helpful and friendly when I have had any questions. The resolution of claims is prompt. I have opted for direct deposit into my checking account, so the convenience is unparalleled.
