I've been with Embrace for approximately 10 years now through the really bad and the good (with multiple animals). While I like to argue the changing costs as my animal gets older, the service is impeccable! Claims are processed quickly. Coverage is easily explained and pretty good. Overall very good service that I have had since my 15 yr old was a puppy
I will never have a pet without pet insurance. I have 15 yr old and an 8 yr dog . My 15 yr old tore her ACL and everything was paid for through insurance. My 8 yr old developed Encephalitis as well as rupture his gallbladder so had to have emergency surgery. Approximately 85% of his MRI's, surgeries and ER cost were paid for by insurance. All of these issues would have been out of my budget but with insurance I am blessed that they are both still with me. I feel the premiums have gone up quite bit suddenly over the past few years but that would be my only issue.
