Good Customer Service
Before putting in a claim I called to ensure I was interpreting my insurance policy correctly. They did mention they could not guarantee any claim outcome until the claim was formally submitted but they did answer all my policy questions without issues. It was very helpful.

Fetch acted quickly
Fetch acted quickly. Within 2 weeks we had everything done, from submission to acceptance. When they needed more info, they contacted the vet and didn't make me take out time to do it. I would highly recommend Fetch!

Very easy to work with
They have been very easy to work with through the vet office. However, I do wish there was an option to include a bit of coverage for some preventative costs- such as dental cleanings. Even if that was an extra cost or add on.

Exhausted but relieved
The whole process is a little confusing. When I finally thought I had made up my mind and signed up with Embrace I thought I was done with worrying about whether I had chosen the correct policy. What makes me question it now is the fact that I continue to get prompts from your company urging me to purchase this policy and today I got another asking about the veterinarian that I use when that information was provided on the application itself. Although I got a confirmation I'm left wondering if I will get some kind of insurance card from your company.

Refunds are quick
I received my Spot Insurance reimbursement checks very quickly. I am pleased with that. However, it seems they are outsourcing their phone calls. It can sometimes be hard to understand or convey what the issue is. Other than that, they are very good.

Refund on annual checkup
After my rescue dog, Molly, annual check up, I submitted the invoice to Pets Best Insurance. I was surprised how quick I received email that would be reviewing. Next day received another email with amount to be paid. In less than week, I received the check for the covered charges. I am so surprised and happy how quick and easy it was to submit.
