This pet insurance had more than lived up to my expectations. We have had to use it 3 times already 2 times for major surgeries. The claims process was so easy ..... my vet took care of it and I didn't have to worry about it. Even better my claim was paid the same day!!! No waiting for a check. The vet got there payment instantly. I love trupanion and reccomend them to all my friends.

They review the bills&pay their portion promptly, allowing me to only need to pay my part right from the beginning. So much easier& practical. In the past, even though I had insurance, I wasn't always able to come up with the money upfront, & therefore could not get my dog the care he or she needed. Thank you so much. This is the only pet insurance that I know of that has this feature.
