Lynne was amazing.
Lynne was amazing. She is so personable. I was worried I was going to have someone on the other end who wasn't going to be patient enough to help me with what I needed, but Lynne was a delight to talk to. Even when we got disconnected a few times due to issues with the system, she called me back right away!! I hope I get to talk to her every time I call Trupanion.

Great experience so far

The claim was submitted on December 2020 with itemized bill and the vet was listed as well as on file. Vet hospital is easily reached. I had to call at the end of the month asking what’s the status and was given excuses. Had to say I would cancel if it wasn’t processed within a week’s time. I received an email the very next day it was processed and amount reimbursed. Received the check today, January 8th. Over a minute nth from the submission.
