It's what you should and can expect from a GOOD Insurance company. I called the insurance company regarding my pet ER service and got an explanation of what my options were. Proceeded with my pet ER service, submitted the billed afterwards and got reimbursed for the portion that they are responsible for with explanations. Exactly what I wanted from an insurance company.

Best decision I have made for my dog
