Friendly experience from start to finish
My five year old basset had a series of vet appointments and medications to fix a glandular issue, which ultimately required surgery to repair. The claims process through Healthy Paws could not have been easier or more intuitive. They handled each claim (about 8 in total) quickly and comprehensively and each were resolved in a matter of days. They even followed up to check on how she was doing. It really was a lifesaver.

Great So Far
This is the first time I've had pet insurance. So far, it's been a good experience. - I like that I'm able to easily find information on my dogs' policies on their website. - I've submitted two claims so far and they were very easy to submit. My first dog's claim was reviewed and reimbursed within 10 days. I'm still waiting for my second dog's claim to be reviewed (it was submitted 12 days ago).
