"BLESSING" DISAPPOINTED! that you stopped reimbursing for Hills I/D Digestive Care Prescription Diet canned food IMPORTANT!
Per Dr. Eby at Northern Animal Clinic in Midland, MI: "Sasha Rose needs to Hill's Prescription Diet I/D canned food for her digestive tract & terrible allergies. You did reimburse for it, and somebody at you office advised me recently that last September (2019) I approved a change in her coverage. I WAS NOT AWARE OF IT. I will keep the insurance, especially for costly injury repairs., etc. Thanks for asking: The broken toe is fully recovered. Best Pet Insurance Ever!
The kindest and most thoughtful customer service and worth every penny for peace of mind and knowing my pooch is taken care of in an emergency or otherwise. Best decision is to insure your pet and no one is better to do that with than Nationwide. Claims are processed and paid in no time and you can always get someone on email or phone if you have any questions. Thus far it’s been a fantastic experience and saves me money on my vet bills in the long run. I’m so glad my vet recommended Nationwide.

Better than expected
Haven't had to file a claim until recently and I was worried that this insurance would be worth it. I was convinced they wouldn't reimburse my claim. My cat was diagnosed with cancer and let me tell you, it has been so worth it. All my claims have been approved in 2-3 days. It gives us comfort knowing we can choose the best care for the remainder of his life because we planned ahead.

Complete awesomeness
These guys rock! From the start of the sign up of our dog onto the plan to each claim we've had, everything is super smooth and easy to work. Even had an email exchange with a very nice claims person asking for additional documentation. Super friendly, helpful and most importantly, personable. Yes, that makes a huge difference with me dealing with companies, especially insurance companies that can be so stuffy.
