Great reliable company!
I’ve been with Trupanion for over 11 years and my experience with this company has been excellent! Lilly my Maltese has had quite a few health issues over the years and I’ve always been able to depend on Trupanion to cover as per my policy the required expenses! Claims are always processed and payed quickly. I would definitely recommend Trupanion to anyone who is considering it.

Disappointed ten years in.
Deductible should be year based not per illness/claim I think people hold back on the pet care because of this. I already pay $1000 a year monthly, then when I take my pet in for a check up.....I pay again. I might as well not have insurance. Also before Trupanion took over from Pet Insure, my monthly payment were NEVER supposed to increase. I tell people when they ask what I think of Insurance.

I haven't actually submitted a claim.for my dogs injury, as it requires further assessment and time for swelling to go down. However, I was and am distraught at my puppy's injury and the lady that took my call was very empathetic and reassuring.
